I specialize in trauma, anxiety and stress; I have extensive skills to work with those having experienced trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, difficult behaviors, men’s issues & provide support to those in crisis, helping/front line professions.
Walk & talk is also an option, we have an in office therapy Dog & I am a fully certified Brainspotter/trauma trained.
I strive to encourage and actively support growth & individual choices so that men, women & children can live full, rich lives within their community.
